Sengoku Rance Installation Instructions

Download all 4 parts from the mirrors listed above. Put them all inside the same folder and extract the files to that folder. If you do not have a zip utility I recommend 7zip.







You should now have a new Sengoku Rance folder that contains Rance 7 ~ Sengoku.iso. You can either mount the .iso file virtually or burn it to a CD. These instructions are for mounting it.

For mounting I recommend using DAEMON Tools, and these instructions assume that you are using it (but it should be very similar with other programs). Once DAEMON Tools is installed and running (you may need to restart after the first install), left click the icon in the taskbar and bring up this menu:

Click on the empty device and select the Rance 7 ~ Sengoku.iso file from above.

The .iso file should be mounted, navigate to the virtual drive and load als_inst.exe
Once you open als_inst.exe you should see a screen like this. Click the (R) button and it will begin the installation.

Once the installation finishes click the quit button (Q) and if you haven't, download the English patch above.

Run the patch and make sure it is pointing at the correct install directory.

When it's done patching you will find the game in you start menu in the folder Sengoku Rance English. You can now play the game!

Cara Download dengan menggunakan Torrent

Mungkin dari sebagian anda sudah mengetahui cara mendownload dengan torrent, tapi ternyata sampai saat ini banyak dari orang-orang yang saya kenal malah tidak tahu sama sekali cara mendownload dengan torrent. Sehingga saat menemukan file torrent mereka bukannya memulai download malah menghapus file torrent tersebut karena tidak mengerti. Padahal kita bisa mendapatkan banyak hal seperti mp3, ebooks, software, video, games, dll. jika download menggunakan torrent.Nah, saya ingin membagi sedikit pengetahuan tentang cara mendownload menggunakan Torrent…Berikut Langkah-langkahnya :
  1. Download terlebih dahulu software torrent seperti utorrent
  2. Install software utorrent
  3. Cari file torrent yang akan kita download. Mesin pencari file torrent ada di torrentz.com
  4. klik new pada utorrent lalu klik open
  5. Selesai.. Maka proses download akan segera berjalan. Biasanya secara deafult hasil download berada di folder My document > Download.
Dan keterangan tambahan yang saya dapat dari situs tetangga yang membahas tentang torrent
Disini download torrent tidak seperti download dari server yang selalu online, tapi sistem download torrent adalah peer to peer atau komputer dengan komputer. Artinya kita bisa mendownload file tersebut bila komputer pemberi file tersebut online. Ada beberapa istilah yang penting dalam torrent download ini seperti seeder(pemberi file download) dan leech (pendownload) peers (jumlah total orang yang mendownload dan pemberi download).
Ada beberapa istilah dalam cara download torrent ini :
1. Seeds : pemberi file download.
2. Leechs/download : pendownload
3. Peers : Jumlah total orang yang mendownload dan pemberi download.
4. Tracker : tracker jumlah seeds, peers, dan download.
5. Down speed : kecepatan download.
6. Up speed: kecepatan upload.
7. ETA : Estimated Time.
Kelemahan download Torrent :
a. Bergantung pada adanya seeds (pemberi file), bila seed tidak ada artinya kita tidak bisa mendownload file ini.
b. Kecepatan download bergantung pada jumlah seeds, makin banyak seeds maka kecepatan download akan semakin cepat.
c. Bisa memakan bandwidth internet yang kita pakai karena ketika kita mendownload secara otomatis kita juga menjadi uploader atau seeders.
d. Ada beberapa kontroversi tentang penggunaan torrent ini karena menyangkut file-file yang bercopyright, contoh : HBO yang katanya situs torrent telah menyebarkan film yang bercopyright di situsnya, dan seputar copyright-copyright yang berhubungan dengan sebuah file.
Kelebihan download Torrent:
a. Merupakan tempat berbagi download yang bebas antar peer/teman, dan banyak orang berbagi file-file disini. Kadang kita temukan batasan-batasan download di rapidshare, 4shared atau tempat download lain, bahkan kadang mengarahkan kita untuk membayar layanan mereka. Di torrent download karena berbagi antar teman jadinya tidak ada batasan seperti ini. Kita bebas berbagi file dengan teman.
b. File yang dibagi biasanya bagus-bagus tidak seperti download biasa yang kadang isi filenya biasa-biasa saja. Kadang saya menemukan ebook bagus-bagus disini, dan biasanya berbahasa inggris.
c. Komunitas besar untuk saling berbagi file yang bisa di download (mp3, ebooks, software, video, games, dll).
